In celebration of the May Day Holiday, the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs organized a performance for foreign experts. 20 foreign experts from PKU attended the reception.
Usually, The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs organizes celebration activities on the May First Holiday and "Women's Festival" annually. This reception was performed by the military band of People’s Liberation Army of China. The orchestra performed many chef-d'oeuvre such as "Ode To Red Flag", "The Poet and Peasant Overture", "You and Me". Amazed by the spectacular performance, the entire audience, including foreign experts warmly applauded time and again to show their respect for the artists.
